What is Gua Sha and what to expect
A quick intro on what gua sha is, the tools and oils you’ll want to have ready, and what a session feels like from start to finish.
What to bring
– Gua sha tool (jade, rose quartz, or dessert spoon)
– Facial oil or moisturiser
– Clean/make-up free face
– Glass of water
– Comfy chair in a quiet room
Session format
– Live guided video call (Zoom)
– 30–45 minutes per session
– No pressure to be on camera; this is your space to relax and learn
– Small groups of up to 8 participants
– Q&A time at the end
– Recording shared afterwards
Good to know
– Suitable for all skin types
– No experience necessary
– Redness is normal and temporary
– Avoid on broken or inflamed skin
